Who is Karol Co?

I spent over 20 years working in Property Management focusing on Planning, HR and Operations in the sector of Hospitality Management and Healthcare Management, as well as Business Collaboration and Partnership.

My career path started with Marriott International Inc., as HR Assistant overseeing Operational and Procedural Manual and multiple constructions projects simultaneously around Asia: Hong Kong, Maldives, Dubai and Thailand. Being part of a Lucrative Hospitality life over 5 years, I then shifted to a Budget Hospitality under Vanguard Hotels as Regional Acquisition Manager, acquiring properties to construct and operate budget hotels within Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.

In 2015, I joined Raffles Medical Group in Singapore as HR and Operations Manager, responsible for the day to day Operations and Procedures, ISO 9001 Quality Management Process, Training and Customer Relations. During my tenure with Raffles, I’ve transformed the business processes specifically on health screening, and also significantly improving sales and operational performance. One significant achievement was the restructure of the operations team including handling Doctors, which through improved quality operations processes, significantly improved service levels to customers, while reducing the customer complaint.

In 2017, I went back to the Philippines and joined 2 business partnership as HR Specialist. On the side, I did Virtual HR for 5 staff in Cebu under Pando Technologies, handling salaries, benefits, payable, documentation such as renewal of business permit and other legal and accounting docs.
